These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, e-learning platform, and community forum, as well as your participation in our training programmes and qualification courses. KPI Blackbelt and Made to Measure KPIs are services provided by Tapton Royd Ltd. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Course Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

Fees and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment or according to an agreed payment plan.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other specified payment methods.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds

  • A full refund may be requested at any point up until the time of the first module tutorial.
  • After the first module tutorial has taken place, no refunds will be offered.

Course Deferrals

  • You may request to defer your course participation to a later cohort.
  • Deferral requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.
  • A deferral fee of £250 may apply, and deferrals are subject to availability.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, assignments, templates, and forum posts created by us, is the property of Tapton Royd Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Restrictions

  • Assignments must be submitted by the specified deadlines.
  • Late submissions may be accepted at the tutor’s discretion but may receive delayed feedback.
  • All work submitted must be your own original work.

Certification

  • Course certificates will only be issued upon satisfactory completion of all required course components.
  • We reserve the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.
