Refunds
- You may request a full refund at any point up until the first module tutorial of your cohort.
- After the first module tutorial has taken place, no refunds will be offered.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Consumers: 14-day cancellation right
If you purchase as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin providing the course (for example, by accessing course materials) within that period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services already provided. Where our refund policy above is more generous than the statutory minimum, the more generous terms apply.
Deferrals
- You may request to defer your place to a later cohort instead of cancelling.
- Deferral requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before your cohort’s start date.
- A deferral fee of £250 may apply, and deferrals are subject to seat availability in the target cohort.
How to request a refund or deferral
Email support@madetomeasurekpis.com from the email address used at enrolment, stating your name, cohort, and order reference. We aim to respond within 2 UK working days.
Payment processing
Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. Where a purchase is processed by a reseller or merchant of record, that provider’s buyer terms also apply to the transaction, and refunds granted under this policy are issued through them.
